Yoga Classes for All Levels
Jen leads weekly classes, which combine yoga with mindfulness, breathwork and deep relaxation. The classes are 1 hour 15 minutes, allowing for 15-25 minutes of guided relaxation or Yoga Nidra at the end of class. This is an important feature of the classes, as during Savasana the body absorbs the benefits of the class and allows the process of healing to take place.
Monthly Mini Retreats
Go on a personal journey through self-development exercises, mindful movement and stretching, breathing, and deep sensory relaxation sound baths.
Personalised Coaching
We’ll work together in a supportive and collaborative coaching environment to support you in navigating life’s challenges with poise and tranquillity.
