“Wellness is not linear, and no two days are the same, but when you cultivate a deeper connection with your body and mind, you’ll know what exactly what you need, and wellness will no longer be a ‘chore’ but something you look forward to. Some days I’m ready to beast it on the mat, or feel the burn of deep core strengthening, and some days I just want to go on holiday. On those days, I simply light a candle and ‘go on a holiday of the mind’. It’s all yoga, and it’s all important.”
